标题: 是不是给上司送礼才会工作顺利？

    一直想不明白这样的问题，难道只有给上司送礼才能得到提拔？工作才会顺利吗？
    又要过节了，家里人给我灌输的思想是只有送礼，让上司得到好处，人家才会“关照”自己。“各有所图”不是吗？
    虽说现在工作很平淡，但上司也有过几次的“提醒”，可那让我觉得可恶。虽然，家里人轮番告诉我如何对应这类事情，告诉我社会的残酷性，让我如何笑里藏刀，可我还是做不出、想不通，为此还做了失业的打算。做为一个上司是否应该看员工的表现认定？我不想自己的工作是因为送礼才得到提拔和帮助的。
    如果真的因为这样的事而失业，我会不会是一个很失败的人？对应的方法或许有很多？

做为一个上司是否应该看员工的表现认定？我不想自己的工作是因为送礼才得到提拔和帮助的。
--------------------------------------------可以坚持自己的原则，但同时也要理解别人。他想小日子过的好点也正常哈。:)
提问：你喜欢自己的工作吗？工作得到的轻松吗？换家单位，就不再会碰到这样的上司吗？？你有把握可以轻松找到合适的工作？多考虑些再做决定。轻言失业是不对的哦~~~~~

我看没有多少人给偶爸爸送礼~~
而且送了一次就有第二次~~

------------------------谈不上失败只是觉得你不够成熟:P 如果你失业了，家里人会比你更着急的，你有时候也要为他们考虑下。偶自己也处理的糟糕的，到这里来混充下，哈哈$
如果你是上司，你希望自己有怎么样的下属？？换位思考下。
做不了马P型，那做实干型。认真努力干好他交给的任务，让他放心。
工作上他是你上司，平时生活中他只是你同事。没什么大不了。

或许我还应该学习学习。

Let me think . . .  We should follow our hearts, when you feel like giving a gift to your 'boss' because you want to show your
appreciation;  because he/she is a good 'boss', and you like him/her a lot, then this kind of 'gift' is not a 'bribe' at all,
it is a true gift from the heart.
On the other hand, if your boss is a 'greedy' person, not a good 'boss', and you do not appreciate him/her at all;
but still, he is your boss, and I think may be you should give a little formal gift on all the important days, for example,
Chinese Moon Festival, Chinese New Year, Christmas . . .  out of respect & politeness . . .  
When you feel so unwilling & uncomfortable when getting the gift that you want to beat yourself, thinking to yourself,
"Why do I have to do it ?  Why do I have to go against my heart ?"  :P   . . . just try to think about at least one or more
good points about him, even though he may have a thousand bad points . . .
. . . just some little ideas after thinking about your case . . .  :)

        :) 很感谢你能告诉我这些话，你说得很有道理，很感动。我承认自己的想法有些偏激。事实上，我也经常送给朋友一些礼物，如同你说的是出自内心的喜欢或者说欣赏。可是上下级中间还有一层微妙的关系——利益。我可以因欣赏一位上司而送给他礼物。可我发现周围的这个世界，送礼已经不再简单了，它可以做很多的理解。我不想因为给上司送礼，才能得到上司的认可和提拔。更何况有些上司就是想以权谋私，一旦让我看清上司丑恶的嘴脸，对此我将不再信任。即便是过节，表示礼貌，我也不想违背自己的心。
        呵呵…………有时宁愿自己比别人多做些事情，内心却感到塌实。可有时也会感到不平衡，别人可以轻松工作得到认可，自己努力工作却没有回报，会不甘心。但这样的困惑，我想自己以后会处理好。

做好自己吧，把他交给你的每项任务都做好，不只做到100分，还要做到200分！

一个公司，需要拍马屁的人，也需要能干活的人，都去拍马屁，谁来干活呀？你的老板也要面对他自己的老板，他也要完成任务，完成目标，所以能干活的人那里都需要！关键自己能淡然面对别人，不要老是计较：为什么他只会拍马屁，却高升？吃亏是福，在这个时代提这个说法或许有点可笑，但我却坚持这点。

朋友之间送礼，也不失为增进感情的一种做法。上司和下属也差不多啦。当然要送礼要送的有技巧点，不要那么赤裸裸。例如上司有小孩的，儿童节可以送小玩具给小朋友；上司生日呀，过节呀，表达一下心意也无妨。大家都是打份工赚点钱糊口，有个融洽的工作关系谁都乐意，是不是？

Yabi LZ of #13 spoke very well, you can consider the suggestions !!

Also, I completely agree with you now about being honest and true to our own hearts, especially when we are dealing with people
(and the boss)  who have 'bad intention',  and would not treat you with fairness, and appreciate your hard works & effort, unless
he or she receive certain gifts or benefits that they expect from you.  You do not want to act like your co-workers who got all the
advantages & convenience from the boss and the company, not because of their good hard performance, but because of their
willingness to go against their own hearts, and give the boss & company what they want from them.

Sometimes, when we really cannot go against our hearts, we might have to lose certain things, but we save our soul, our dignity,
our integrity, and so on, and it is extremely worthwhile, because we would have such a sense of deep peace.

Righteousness, nobility, purity ---  I think you have all that in your basic nature !!!  ictory:   :pj_040
